Welcome to Skerries Watersports Academy
We are located beside the very best mix of beaches, harbour's and scenery on the east coast of Ireland and we have been teaching in Skerries for over 15 years. The possibilities of exploring local Islands, History and wildlife are Fantastic. We provide water based Fun Activities and Lessons in the beautiful town of Skerries in North County Dublin, just 15 minutes from Dublin Airport. Our Goal is to introduce people to the Amazing enviroment we have on our doorstep. Not only will you gain new skills paddleboarding, kayaking, kitesurfing or windsurfing, but we hope you will gain a new perspective of our surroundings that will enrich particitants. Its all so healthy too! All our staff are fully qualified instructors, insured and are Garda vetted.

Summer Water Fun is Back in Skerries
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 4 x Day's
Times 10am - 12 Pm (8 - 12 Yrs old )
Afternoons 12 - 16 Yrs old
Skerries North Beach (Location may change due to weather)
Cost €140 Per Child - Morning 8 -12 years old This covers 4 x Days
Cost €150 Per Child Afternoon 12 - 16 years old This covers 4 x Days
Tuesday to Friday. Choose from Morning Session 10.00 am - 12.00 pm or Afternoon Session 2.00pm to 16.30pm
Activities Locations: Skerries North beach or Skerries South Beach.
Exact Meeting point will be Flagged each day depending on weather conditions. The participants should be reasonably comfortable in the water.
Activities included in weekly Camps. Kayaking, Paddleboarding (SUP), Water Trampoline.
Kite Flying. Skill and educational activities such as Kite and Raft building, Surfing, Island and outer Beach exploration
The activities are flexible and will vary depending on daily weather conditions.
We Provide Buoyancy Aids and all other Equipment - we do not provide wetsuits.

What you need to bring on the Day?
1 Wetsuit and swimwear
2 Runners or booties
3 Towel and Change of Clothes
4 Sun Hat and sunblock
5 light Snack and drink
Our Qualifications:
All our staff fully qualified BSUP and BKSA instructors. We are Garda Vetted and have child protection certs.
Please note that due to weather we may have to cancel and re schedule courses and camps .
The overall decision will be for safety reasons as this is our main concern.
